Workshop Context 

 

The College helps develop leadership and coaching skills that enable delegates to create and manage successful change in the workplace. Up to 80% of change management programmes fail. TWG’s approach overcomes these odds and has a track record to prove it!

Key Learning Outcomes 

People leaving the customer service workshop will come away with:

·    An improved ability to plan change

·    A developed leadership style

·    The ability to evaluate, develop and assess themselves against International Coaching Federation core competencies

·    A positive attitude to behavioural differences in people

·    A ‘toolkit’ that will facilitate improved individual/team performance

 

Workshop Duration

Two 3-day sessions and one 2-day session spread over three months, with the in between time utilised to put lessons learnt into practice.
