In today’s working environment it is essential we work with others who have differing skill sets and personalities as none of us possess the attributes needed to perform at a high level all the time. High Performance Teamwork events recognise this need and provides a focused yet bespoke approach to motivating individuals to commit themselves to achieve top level performance for the sake of the team |

This workshop is the culmination of over 30 years of working with teams by the two co-founders, Simon Wilsher and Geo Roberts. Their insight and profound knowledge of what makes people do the things they do and how to get them pulling in the same direction serves as a strong foundation when combined with colour preferences and Jungian Typology.
