This workshop aims to assist organisations with the creation of their next generation of inspirational leaders and effective managers.

Workshop Duration

Eight 4.5 hour sessions spread over nine weeks, plus individual pre-programme, mid-programme and post-programme reviews, and a six-month post-course group review session.
