This programme was designed by Matt Perry, our director of Marketing and former Bath, Lions and England Rugby player, following a conversation with Gary Hoffman, then vice-Chairman of Barclays Bank. Gary suggested that there was a need for a programme that focused on improving relationships between organisations and their suppliers to complement conventional customer relationship programmes in the search for improved performance. Matt took the ball and ran with it, and the result is this extremely successful coach-led matrix programme. |
