In a recent survey, staff morale has improved by 90%.
Both the Train the Trainer and Champion teams have documented significant
improvements in staff skill sets. 95% of the staff who underwent training said they enjoyed it, found it worthwhile, and gained new skills
to assist them.
Despite continued business and increased growth rate, there has been a feeling of control over the situation this year:
improved systems through Project Management, Process Improvement, Policies and Procedures had facilitated the growth and allowed extra
workload to be taken on board without increased staff; improved communications and understanding between different levels and parts of
the organisation has led to considerably enhanced knowledge and teamwork; the satisfaction of knowing that Company Barclaycard is
a
successful organisation whose increased pressure levels are being well managed.
• A Motivation for Change
workshop to find out exactly what the staff thought was going
well, what could be improved, and what was the way forward.
• Training sessions to make up gaps in skill sets.
• Regular workshops for the senior management team to work out
how to lead change.
• Training for the managers in Managing Change, and for the
staff in Adapting to Change.
• Encouraging the staff to set up projects in order to help find
the best solutions as new needs were discovered.
• Documenting the progress.
• Creating a legacy of competence through a team of Champions
and a Train the Trainer system, where any work done by The
Wilsher Group was taken on board by Company Barclaycard.
