The Wilsher Group was born over 25 years ago in a tucked away office above a sweet-smelling bakery. From the very beginning, its core purpose has been to bring together an organisation's vision, values and capability in order to release talent and produce sustainable change.

Whereas many companies focus on only one area, The Wilsher Group specialises in three: individual, team and organisational development .  By focusing on all three, we’ve seen companies such as Barclaycard, M&S and VISA ignite talent and fulfil their performance potential. Barclaycard, for example, have seen their staff motivation rise by 90%, whilst M&S have saved an estimated £18 million.
